Team Courses specializes in professional development for schools and educational organizations, offering courses on topics like team building, leadership, digital skills, and inclusive education. Through this partnership, MindEscape is being introduced as a tool for understanding team dynamics, communication styles, and personality diversity among educators.
The collaboration brings together two complementary strengths: Team Courses’ expertise in adult learning and curriculum design, and SeriousMind’s AI-powered behavioral assessment technology. In pilot sessions, participants play through MindEscape’s digital escape rooms individually or in small groups. As they solve puzzles and navigate challenges, the system tracks behavioral metrics like decision-making patterns, collaboration style, risk tolerance, and responses under pressure.
These signals are mapped to the Big Five (OCEAN) personality traits, generating profiles that help educators understand their own working styles and those of their colleagues. The results are then used in facilitated discussions about team composition, conflict resolution, and collaborative leadership.
