We’re excited to share a major milestone for SeriousMind: we have joined the Compass Cycle of ACE — the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Athens University of Economics and Business.

The Compass Cycle is ACE’s nine-month acceleration program for early-stage teams. It is designed to help startups set a clear direction, validate their product, reach meaningful milestones, and grow through mentorship, coaching, a shared working environment, and a strong community of founders and experts.

For SeriousMind, this is much more than an accelerator acceptance. It is an opportunity to accelerate the development of a product we deeply believe in: AI-powered serious games that make personality and soft-skill assessment more engaging, objective, and useful.

Why This Matters

Traditional assessments often rely on long questionnaires, self-reported answers, and static formats. They can feel repetitive for candidates and provide limited visibility into how people actually behave in dynamic, real-world situations.

SeriousMind takes a different approach.

We combine psychology, neuroscience, behavioral analysis, artificial intelligence, and interactive game design to create immersive assessment experiences. Instead of simply asking people to describe themselves, we observe how they think, decide, collaborate, adapt, and solve problems while playing.
