Behind every great tech startup is a bridge that connects deep scientific research to the real world. At SeriousMind, while our engineering team builds the AI and behavioral models driving our serious games, it is the strategic vision of our mentors that helps translate that technology into market impact.
Recently, we were incredibly proud to have our Business Advisor and Mentor, Pavlos Mavromatis, represent SeriousMind on TV100, Thessaloniki’s historic television network.
During his interview, Pavlos sat down with the TV100 team to discuss the evolving landscape of HR tech, youth entrepreneurship, and the future of work.
He articulated the core mission of SeriousMind beautifully: replacing outdated, static questionnaires with immersive, AI-powered digital escape rooms (like MindEscape). By explaining how engaging gameplay can accurately measure a candidate’s soft skills, teamwork, and decision-making, Pavlos helped viewers understand that the future of talent assessment isn’t just effective—it’s engaging.
For a deep-tech startup born out of an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) spin-off, narrative is everything. Pavlos has been instrumental in shaping SeriousMind’s public voice. From driving our social media strategy to helping us communicate complex AI concepts to investors and HR professionals, his mentorship has been a catalyst for our growth.
Watching him on TV100, championing the work we do and highlighting the potential of the Greek startup ecosystem, was a proud moment for our whole team.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to TV100 for the engaging discussion, and of course, a huge thank you to Pavlos Mavromatis. Building a startup requires a village, and having an advisor who can so masterfully communicate our vision to the broader market is a privilege.
Stay tuned for more updates, and if you haven’t yet, check out MindEscape to discover how we are reshaping the future of hiring!
