When we talk about Artificial Intelligence, it’s easy to get lost in academic theory and buzzwords. But at SeriousMind, our core philosophy has always been to take research out of the lab and put it to work in the real economy.
This weekend, we had the amazing opportunity to do exactly that at SEREXPO in the vibrant city of Serres. Connecting directly with the business community of Northern Greece reminded us why we build these tools in the first place: to solve actual human and operational challenges.
Our main focus at the exhibition was showcasing SeriousMind. We had the chance to demo our AI-powered serious games, like MindEscape, to business owners, HR professionals, and curious attendees. Watching people’s reactions as they realize they can assess soft skills, teamwork, and behavioral traits just by playing a game—rather than filling out a tedious 100-question survey—never gets old. It was an incredible opportunity to show the local ecosystem that the future of recruitment and team-building is engaging, objective, and driven by behavioral science.
The highlight of the event wasn’t just the networking, but the broader conversation about innovation in Greece.
