What personal data is collected through the application?
During the initial registration in the RealMint application, your name, surname, date of birth and e-mail are registered, and a unique personal code is created for each use, through which you open your personal page/tab.
Why are your data collected through the application and on what legal basis are they subject to
processing
We inform you that the processing of said data is for the identification of users who
participate in the evaluation process with a psychometric game used when selecting
candidates for jobs. This processing is necessary for the evaluation and if the user of the data does not
consent, it will not be possible to process them and automated
evaluation. The lawfulness of the processing is based, among others, on article 6 par. 1 point a of
Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as the processing takes place on a voluntary basis.
How long is your personal data kept?
The data collected through the application is kept for a period of 3 (three) years.
Who are the recipients of personal data?
The recipients of your personal data are the respective employers to whom the user submits a job application. The controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country outside the European Economic Area.

Technical and organizational data security measures
Our company takes the appropriate technical and organizational data security measures to ensure the confidentiality, processing and protection of your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and any other form of unlawful processing.
What rights do you have as a data subject? The data subject has the following rights: a) To request information about the categories of your personal data that we hold and process, their origin, the purposes of their processing, the categories of recipients, the period of their retention and your related rights (right of access), b) To request the correction and/or completion of your personal data, so that it is complete and accurate (right of rectification), c) To request the restriction of the processing of your data (right to restriction), d) To object to any further processing of your personal data (right to object)., e) To request the deletion of his personal data (right to be forgotten) under certain conditions, such as when the data is no longer necessary, you have withdrawn your consent, the data has been unlawfully processed, f) To request the transfer of your data to another controller
(right to data portability).
